Exercising with sunlight.
What are the benefits?

This exercise should be done for 10 minutes once a day (no longer as you can activate hidden disorders). Do not do it after the meal! It is better to eat after the exercise which can help you to eat less by calming the hunger.
You should not use glasses or contact lenses. If it is cold, you can look through the clear window glass.  Ideally observe the sky in the open air.
Look to the sky in the morning or afternoon while the sun is active and  behind you to avoid over-straining eyesight .
It does not matter if the  sky is clear, cloudy snowing.
The body position is comfortable, relaxed. You can be sitting or lying down.
After the exercise be sure to relax for 4-5 minutes with your eyes closed!
At the time classes disconnect your phone, TV, radio ... warn your loved ones not to bother you.
 
In medicine there is a color therapy. It has long been known that different colors may have some impact on people. For example blue and green calm while red perturbs. 
This is used in sports: for swimming and running ... At short distances, where it is necessary to get the maximum focus, the athlete wears glasses with red lenses. At long - with the blue.
 
We return to the sky ... Though, another digress ... Most doctors advise patients to take vitamins. The vitamins itself are made in the processing of various plants. And plants produce these essential substances, receiving sunlight.
If a person can consciously perceive the sunlight (and its spectrum has all colors), then he gets a "vitamin food" directly!
Often, when watching the sky, people note that the color of the sky may change. For example, the sky is blue, and a small circle suddenly becomes orange or yellow! And then the color changes to green.
The explanation in this case is: our body lacks a certain kind of energy that carries a particular color (from the spectrum of sunlight).
It is known that there are energy receivers and transformers in the human energy body - the chakras, which are responsible for the distribution of vital energy to all systems and organs, from the physiology up to the psyche, mind and consciousness, inclusive. Each chakra has its own color. The lowest - red, and the top - purple (color as in the rainbow). There is no need here to describe what exactly each chakra is responsible for , there are many books and articles on the subject .
If the color of the sky is changing, hence there is the need to increase energy in a certain energy center. For example, green may indicate some problem or lack of harmony in the heart. Perceiving such a way that colour, we fill up and harmonizing our condition.
 
Now back to the sky ...
How to execute the exercise.
Before classes begin, sit (or lie down) comfortably, remove all the tension, close our eyes and relax for 1-2 minutes. Just sit and listen to the outside world accepting the sound without trying to analyze it. Your attention is drawn to the outside world as if you are immersed in this surrounded sound. This may be the cries of birds, music playing somewhere, wind noise ... you are just listening to the world around (It is a very pleasant state by itself!). And at some point when you feel inner calm ... then begin slowly opening the eyes.
Do not look at the edge of clouds and flying birds. Look in and through it  ...to listen to it ... to hear from it ... to be gracious to it ...to dissolve in it ...
There is no need to endure the tension in your eyes - blink and wince if you want to! If you get tired - close your eyes, relax, and then open them slowly again . You should not fill any tense - slime and relax.
Somewhere in the middle of classes you can simply fall asleep - this is normal! The powerful force will fill the rest.
Be sure that you sit down calm and relaxed  with eyes closed for 3-5 minutes after the class listening to the outside. Do not jump up immediately!
 
After a few days of regular exercises you will notice a significant improvement of your emotional state. You will notice that you have become more internally quiet, attentive and friendly. You will smile more often! Going on, you will notice improving health and well being.
You may encounter a cleansing of the body and  exacerbation of accumulated disease, which will be pushed out by the body. This is normal and should not scare you. If the aggravation is very strong reduce watching time to 4-5 minutes during this period.
Get in the habit  to allocate the time for this simple exercise every day. This will allow you to be in life more stable and strong, to keep inner joy and peace.
 
If all goes regularly, without disruption and exacerbation, then every week you can add 1 minute, bringing as a result of watching time to 15 minutes. No more!
If you wish to increase even further this time, there is need for learning the specific respiratory and physical exercises.
