The reason – the uncontrolled mind!

    I would now briefly touch on one of the most important causes leading to the recruitment of excess weight, fading of the skin, unhealthy nails, hair and so on ... about which little, where talk seriously. This reason - our mind. Or rather - his constant obsession with work. Even better - the uncontrolled and unconstructive thinking.
 
    Probably most people are familiar to the state when the "boiling" mind, more like "thoughts-mixer", sometimes simply exhausting us with its senseless activities. Some permanent internal dialogue, doubts, fears ... experience some troubles and difficulties ... past grievances and future plans ... 
   
    And we, who consider themselves as masters of life, it turns out, can do nothing about that our "instrument". It turns out that it is not our "servant", as we used to think, but quite the contrary.
 
    Tired of our own troubled and dispersed mind, we intuitively seek ways to alleviate the situation (i.e., slow and calm down its job), get some rest, just get rid of this pent-up stress. And this is possible only during the holidays. And of course there are different ways of how to divert or amuse (“slow down") our mind at least for a time: a good movie or a massage, computer, or sex, extreme situation or food ... and much, much more.
    Food in this series is one of the most affordable and popular options.
 
    Many, after having a nervous strain, there comes a really voracious appetite (hard not to notice) - this includes the protective function of the organism. When eating, and some time after, a man becomes a significantly easier. And this whole process can be repeated several times.
 
    But the flip side of this coin - the weight gain, which is very bad. The development of subsequent events is not difficult to predict: the same woman, seeing that she was with an effort climbs (or not fit) into their dresses, that spoils its looks, feels about this new stress (new acceleration of the mind), which is solved by the same way - jamming.
    Often, the attempt to fight the various diets, hunger, exercise, smoking ... But this is not the solution, as the reason for the increasing accumulation of stress is not removed. And this, in turn, causes further more and more stress, which are solved again in the same way - grabbing. And so endlessly in a circle ... ... Up to a possible mental disorder.
    Incidentally, all the above, also applies to men.
 
    Out of this impasse one - learn to "retard" (calm) your mind without the aid of external influences! But this is internal work, which must be learned.
I would like to note that in addition to weight loss in this case is solved, and many other human problems: family, children, work ... In principle, leave all life's problems, not just a set of weight reduction, where it all began.
 
    It is important to understand that the issue here is not to abandon thinking in general, as such, but only on non-constructive and uncontrolled part of it. It is a slow and comforting mental activities, which seek our body with sufficient recruitment SUBCONSCIOUSNESS accumulated stress.
 
    As an example, we can consider the work of normal muscles: if it does not give time to rest, it simply will not cope with its workload. Also, if you keep it in constant tension in the willingness to work, then on the work itself, the quality of its performance, the energy can no longer be enough. That is, it has the greatest potential for calm and relaxing muscles.
    Look like a cat watches a mouse hole ... She is not tense! On the contrary - calm, relaxed. This allows her to not get tired of the long wait and instantly react to kill.
    The same applies to our minds.
 
    When informed slowing of thinking, clarity of mind only increases! This has already been tested many times and proved in practice. It must be understood correctly - does not mean slowing down conscious stupefying! It is not slowing down the speed of thought, but just the opposite! Slowdown (decrease) in the process of thinking only positively affects the work of the mind. Excessive same Non-constructive thinking hinders the mind to act with clarity and precision.
    In this case, the concerns that have long to think how to answer some simple questions, vain and not substantiated.
 
    But rich meal is just the same stupefying (temporary), as well as blood flow increases in the organs of digestion, by the same brain. A similar temporary dulled also occurs when taking certain drugs, alcohol, drugs ...
When we slow down the process of thinking consciously, then the blood circulation and nutrition of the brain, it has no effect.
 
    After all, how people work in real life: the grinding of past events, concerns over any action in the future, senseless fear for relatives ... that is, they do not live by this, and thinking constantly tossing it in the past, the future, and this is not constructive. Besides, it takes a lot of holding people in suspense and not letting his body relax. And he occasionally needed at least a small vacation. It's so OBVIOUS.
 
    A significant number of the release of energy previously spent on a completely unhelpful mental work is directed by nature itself (not the intellect!) to correct problems in the body, its healing and rejuvenation.
    But the big plus slowing of thinking is not so much to optimize the use of domestic resources (which is, itself already a very good idea), and how the ability to pass into the body a huge flow of vital force of Nature! In the literature it is often referred to as: "to live in harmony with the Lives and the world." The calm mind is no longer such a kind of thick "wall" between man and the Life. And it is this flow of vital energy globally corrects ALL (everything), our life's problems. And the thinner the "wall", the stronger the flow.
 
    Conscious mind can learn to slow down fast enough - good results are achieved in a few sessions. But the sine qua non - practical training should take place only under the guidance of experienced instructors!
 
    Everything written above applies equally to those who seek to improve the situation of alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, shopping, gambling and anything else.
 
    Touched upon, it is only the beginning of the conversation, a small fragment, taken from the whole system of Vedic knowledge (spiritual knowledge of human development).
 
    I want to specify one ethical moment ... Please understand me correctly - I can not answer for the consequences of action unfamiliar professionals, and somehow guarantee their results.
